Creative Director & Executive Producer, Riley Peleuses, is no stranger to podcasts.  She has produced successful podcasts for hosts including Paris Hilton, Jana Kramer, AJ McLean, Sophia Bush, Tori Spelling, Cheryl Burke, Teddi Mellencamp, Tanya Rad, and many others. In addition to helping her shows accumulate over 50,000,000 downloads, Riley specifically enjoys working with talent in creating entertaining podcasts in the celebrity, reality shows, true crime, relationships, and rewatch genres. 

Director of Audience Engagement & Executive Producer, Kacey Spivey, has an extensive background in digital media, producing content for online media outlets like ScreenRant and Wizard Magazine, and she was the Head Writer and Producer for WhatsTrending. Also a stand-up comedian, Kacey has worked closely with A List talent, including Chelsea Handler and Jimmy Pardo and has produced podcast and video content for the viral comedy duo #IMOMSOHARD and Bravo’s Real Housewives of Salt Lake City star, Whitney Rose and various other high-profile YouTube Influencers.

Producer, Ian McNeny, earned his Bachelor’s degree in Film Production and has worked his way up through the post-production industry as the Assistant Editor on animated specials and films like Ice Age: A Mammoth Christmas and The Book of Life.  He has edited commercials for brands like Chuck E Cheese, and worked on many shows like Dallas, Major Crimes, 9-1-1 and 9-1-1 Lonestar and Reprisal. Ian has also produced and edited several independent feature films and web videos and has been responsible for 150+ hours of podcast chat show content on three weekly series. He is also currently in development for the upcoming audio podcast series Footlights: The Story of Olivia Mabel based on the unsolved mystery that has been floating around the internet since 2015.

Vice President of Sales, Kelly Parker, brings and extensive background in multi-platform partnerships, leading strategy and solutions at iHeartMedia’s Dallas-Fort Worth as Region SVP, Southwest Sales Manager at Premiere Networks & Total Traffic and Weather.  Her most recent role as VP, Media Sales for the newly created South Region at Volta Charging, a nationwide digital network doubling as free-to-consumer electric vehicle charging stations, further developed Kelly’s breath of experience with digital brand solutions.  Kelly’s passion is collaborating with brand partners to create full-funnel marketing solutions.

Producer, Joshua Burns, has been involved in the creation of digital media and production since he left the University of North Texas at Dallas. Joshua has enjoyed working in various creative facets, from producing to editing to directing music videos for the Dallas country music scene that have debuted on Rolling Stone . He also has served as a live stream specialist, helping Twitch and YouTube streamers build audiences through their platforms. Joshua is also involved in the collectibles space, having visited almost 100 sports card and collectible shows, and actively works for the collectibles company Rookies and Keys.

Producer, Michaela Garrison, has an accomplished background in media. Getting her start in the United States Navy as a Mass Communication specialist, she logged many hours as a radio personality for The American Forces Network in Rota, Spain. She has recorded, edited, and produced radio and television content for Defense Media Activity, Naval Air Station North Island, and USS Coronado (LCS 4). After her service to the United States, Michaela completed her Bachelor’s degree in Broadcast Communications and has edited podcasts such as Demon Dayz: An Actual Play Podcast, and most recently has helped in bringing Junkyard Mayhem to life for the inter-abled YouTube duo “Squirmy and Grubs.”

Producer, Madelyn Grimes, has various credits when it comes to creative media and production. She has had various on-set positions for music videos, feature films, and moreMadelyn has edited YouTube videos, social media, reels, and documentary sizzles for a range of clients as well as her own projects. She has experience hosting a weekly radio show, voice over work, and has had her photography featured in Loudr Magazine. Madelyn loves working with talent to create dynamic content.

Editor/Talent Coordinator, Juliana DeStefano, brings over a decade of experience in the film industry. She has not only contributed to more than 18 films but also hosted a 6-episode travel show titled “Smoky Mountain Stories.” With a Bachelor’s degree in Media Studies from California State University, Los Angeles, Juliana enjoys both producing content and bringing joy to people through laughter.

Technical Director & Executive Producer, Garrett Knaack, has always had a love for technology and how it impacts the world around us. After earning his degree in Media & Communications, he began his job as an editor with YEA Networks and has worked his way up to producer. As a producer, he has worked with a number of radio personalities, such as Rock-T and Gary Hayes with the Rickey Smiley Morning Show and their respective podcasts. By working on these shows and creating content, Garrett enjoys getting presented with technical challenges and figuring out how to get the job done.

Executive Assistant & Podcast Traffic Manager, Nicole Goggans, has over 20 years of experience between YEA Networks and iHeart Radio.  Outside of the office, Nicole loves collecting Barbie memorabilia, going to Texas Rangers baseball games, and camping.

Talent Coach, Ryan Kershner, is an ACM Award Winning and CMA Nominated Production Management Professional with 20+ years of experience in the radio broadcasting and audio industry. His proven track record of managing on-air talent on nationally syndicated radio shows such as “Nights With Elaina” is unparalleled.  Ryan’s talents allow him to provide podcasters with content creation, talent coaching, and work flow efficiency.

Vice President of Marketing, Russ Francis, brings his 20+ years in radio combined with a background in marketing, branding and digital media to the podcast division of YEA. He graduated from Savannah College of Art & Design with a degree in Graphic Design, then worked for 10 years at iHeartMedia, rising to the role of Program Director / Brand Manager at one of the highest rated Top-4o stations in the Southeast. He joined YEA in 2010 originally with The Kidd Kraddick Morning Show, but now assists in all facets of the company.

President, Shawn Nunn, joined YEA Networks after a nine year stint at Townsquare Media where he was Vice President of National Sales. Townsquare has radio stations in 66 markets throughout the country. Prior to that, Shawn has worked in all aspects of the radio/media industry for nearly 30 years in the Dallas-Ft. Worth, Seattle and Colorado Springs markets. A native of Texas, he earned his Bachelor’s degree in Broadcast Journalism from Texas State University in 1985.

Chief Finance Officer, Claudia Moglovkin, arrived at YEA as controller in March 2012. Claudia previously worked as an external auditor at PricewaterhouseCoopers and as a senior accountant specializing in international accounting and SEC reporting at Fossil, Inc. Claudia received her BBA and MPA degrees from the University of Texas at Austin. She is a certified public accountant in the State of Texas.

CEO, George Laughlin, raised more than $100 million to launch GAP Broadcasting with Oaktree Capital in 2007. For the next 4 years, he served as president of GAP, which owned 60 radio stations across Texas, Louisiana, Oklahoma and Arkansas. George was a radio consultant for two years prior to that and has been a veteran of the radio industry in both small and large markets for more than a quarter century. He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Journalism from Louisiana State University in 1991. He joined YEA in 2011 as CEO.
